1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client" or "you") and Balié Dubai Mobile Wellness LLC ("Balié", "we", "us"). By booking an appointment via our website, WhatsApp, phone, or verified partner platforms (such as Fresha), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Service Scope & Mobile Atelier Standards
Balié Dubai delivers five-star mobile wellness, therapeutic massage, and body contouring services directly to residential villas, private penthouses, and luxury hotel rooms throughout the Emirate of Dubai.
- Therapist Qualifications: All therapists dispatched by Balié are certified, experienced female practitioners trained in classical Balinese massage, French/Brazilian lymphatic drainage techniques, and Colombian maderotherapy.
- Provided Equipment: Your therapist arrives equipped with a professional portable treatment bed, heated under-blanket, sterilized Egyptian cotton linens, fresh towels, hypoallergenic organic massage oils, and an ambient sound system.
- Client Space Requirements: The client is responsible for providing a clean, quiet, smoke-free indoor space (minimum 2.5m x 1.5m) to accommodate the treatment bed and allow free therapist movement.
3. Strict Professional Safety & Zero Tolerance Policy
Balié Dubai provides strictly professional, therapeutic, non-sexual wellness rituals. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding any form of inappropriate conduct, verbal abuse, harassment, sexual solicitation, or compromise of therapist safety.
Our female therapists are authorized and legally mandated to terminate any treatment immediately if they feel unsafe, disrespected, or subjected to inappropriate requests. In such cases:
- The full service fee is forfeited and strictly non-refundable.
- The client's details and address are blacklisted permanently from our network.
- Any unlawful harassment or solicitation will be reported immediately to Dubai Police in accordance with UAE Federal Penal Law.
4. Health Declarations & Contraindications
Your health and safety are our highest priorities. Clients are required to declare any existing medical conditions, acute illnesses, injuries, or medications prior to treatment commencement.
- Lymphatic Drainage Contraindications: Lymphatic drainage is contraindicated for individuals suffering from acute infections, fever, untreated thrombosis or deep vein thrombosis (DVT), congestive heart failure, active malignant tumors, or acute renal failure.
- Pregnancy (Pre-Natal Sessions): Massages during the first trimester (weeks 1–13) are not administered. Special pre-natal massage rituals are offered only from the second trimester (week 14 onward) and are conducted by certified pre-natal specialists using specialized side-lying positioning.
- Surgical Recovery: Post-surgical lymphatic drainage requires written approval or discharge advice from your attending physician.
5. Transparent Pricing & Zero Hidden Fees
Balié Dubai believes in honest, transparent luxury. All prices displayed on our website and Fresha booking portal:
- Are clearly quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).
- Include 5% UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable.
- Include therapist travel, setup, and equipment across all covered Dubai residential zones and hotel districts.
- Zero Hidden Surcharges: You will never be charged surprise travel fees, equipment surcharges, or linen fees at checkout.
6. Age Requirements & Minors' Treatments
You must be at least 18 years of age to independently book and receive services from Balié Dubai.
Services for teenagers (ages 12 to 17, such as gentle relaxation or posture relief) may be scheduled solely by a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian must sign a written consent waiver and remain present within the residential suite for the entirety of the treatment.
7. Residential & Hotel Access Logistics
The client is responsible for facilitating seamless access for the therapist and equipment to the confirmed location:
- Gated Communities / Villas: Client must arrange visitor gate security clearance with community security (e.g., Emirates Hills, Palm Jumeirah Fronds, Arabian Ranches).
- Hotel Rooms: Client must notify the hotel concierge or reception desk that a mobile massage practitioner is arriving to their room.
- Elevator Access: If the residence is in a tower without elevator service (stairs only beyond the 2nd floor), please notify our concierge prior to booking to arrange equipment transport assistance.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Balié Dubai Mobile Wellness LLC, its directors, and contracted therapists shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from a client's failure to disclose relevant medical conditions, pre-existing injuries, or failure to adhere to therapist guidance. Wellness rituals provided by Balié do not constitute medical diagnosis or medical treatment.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.
